Frederico has spent most of his career inside organizations that grew faster than their own structure: courts, federal agencies, state-owned companies, industry and technology firms. The pattern repeats. The plan exists, the team is good, and the week’s work does not move the strategy forward.
In 2012 he founded Atomtech to close that gap. When the same problem showed up at client after client, it became a platform at Trigen. When the method matured, it became a book. 123educa brings together the articles he publishes along the way.
